James Hamelburg was born into a family of restuarateurs in the beautiful city of Boston. His love for fresh food found in the Northeast inspired him to open his first eatery in 1996. His long stint of restaurant ownership has won him several awards, including ‘Best Neighborhood Restaurant’ and ‘Best Neighborhood Lounge’ by Boston Magazine. He has been featured on the Phatom Gourmet for CBS, Boston Globe, Boston Magazine and many more!
His brands have included Jimmy’s Bar and Oven, Joe V’s, and G Lounge.
